Success comes when teams know where they’re going and get the help they need to get there. Here are 3 steps to turn around underperforming teams: (1) Clarify Expectations Set clear, measurable goals. Every team member must understand what success looks like. (2) Provide Targeted Support Identify skill gaps and offer tailored training or mentorship to help them improve. One thing I found helpful is to understand that if your team is failing, probably is not because them, is because you " you MUST ask yourself; have I done everything possible to make them successful? Have I failed them in any way? Did I spent enough time with them to understand their needs, We as a leaders must make sure we done our part. Having said that, if not they will be back on track if we do what I mentioned above!
