el control mas pequeño de seguridad es tener contraseñas robustas en el usuario final, el siguiente control es el acceso a la información que el usuario puede ver o trabajar, el siguiente es el control antivirus que tiene el filtrado perimetral de cualquier amenaza que se detecte al navegar o abrir documentos, el siguiente control es el firewall en el cual permitimos servicios, protocolos o anchos de banda con lo cual seremos restrictivos a controlar todo aspecto de la red. Manual de seguridad de la información debe ser un documento donde se emita la responsabilidad el manejo de la información a cargo del usuario, ya que desde IT por mas controles si el usuario permite contenido no deseado, se genera vulnerabilidad asi se tengan controles.

El area de IT debe hacer simulacros online y offline sobre los diferentes incidentes que se pueden dar para ver como se puede actuar de manera inmediata, remota para controlar la amenza o aislarla en el menor tiempo posible. Todas las posiciones como auxiliar hasta gerencia IT deben estar en la capacidad de reaccionar cuando detecten una posible amenaza en curso y notificar al jefe de area IT sobre lo ocurrido, analizar, controlar, mitigar y retomar.

Implementar o asegurar las claves de acceso sean cambiadas periódicamente y cuenten con autenticación de doble factor incluyendo datos biométricos.
