Safety is important to the management team and is communicated regularly, thus it cascades down through all levels of employees; supervisors , foreman and the workers. Each day is started with a tailgate/toolbox with focus on safety topics and an opportunity for two way communication. Weekly production meetings and scheduling meetings begin with a safety moment. All levels of employees are held accountable for safety by management and senior management. Culture is the driver for safety and must have buy in from everyone in the organization.

Leadership Commitment, Regular Training, Clear Communication, Safety Audits and Inspections, Safety Incentives, Accessible Safety Resources, Emergency Preparedness, & Continuous Improvement.

First I would identify why they are overlooking safety protocols. Is it because they are being forced to do that due to other priorities or own choice. If it is other priorities, I would evaluate why? Is it from top management or from clients or to hit the numbers. Then try to figure out the how and who needs to be involved to remedy the situation. If it’s by choice then I would identify the why again. Are employees new or existing? Was there a training? If yes, was training effective? Was the training in line with the operations needs? Evaluate the individual department and their leadership commitment. Reevaluate all these why’s and then come up with solutions. The solutions must be sustainable and not short lived.

Will teach them about the ownership , if they won't take the ownership of any particular area they will always overlook, We will implement training and teach them about ownership and how they take ownership in their own houses. Example :- If any open electrical circuits or wear and tear in any open wire is seen at their own house they will suddenly remove it , safeguard it as it won't affect their mother wife daughter son or any other family member. Ownership leads to the feel that the work place is their own and colleagues and workers are their family.

To ensure safety is a priority: Conduct regular safety training sessions. Display safety reminders in visible areas. Lead by example with management practicing safe behaviors. Continuously monitor and reinforce safety protocols.
