I will not define strictly the roles and responsibilities, as this will not allow me to capitalise on their diversified knowledge. I will organize a workshop where I will share all the tasks and activities needed to be covered by the team along with the yearly objectives and ask them to do their job crafting. Job crafting is an extremely powerful tool where people engage with each other, negotiate and exchange tasks to keep the highest number of tasks within their area of expertise and interest. The principle here is that tasks that you might not appreciate doing, are highly desirable by someone else and vise versa. At the end, there will be few tasks that nobody want to take, they will be distributed equally between the team members.
