I have witnessed the 'butterfly effect' in field service. One fine day, I was reported the sterilizer was rebooting continuously. Everything at the customer site is fine power, Room temperature etc are normal I was clueless about the reason. I arranged a informal brainstorming session with my peers and listed all the causes for rebooting and started to check the causes one by one. After couple of hours I found the issue. it was a small DC voltage drop.

When facing an unexpected technical challenge, I follow these steps: 1. Collaborate: I involve the team and reach out to other departments for their input and expertise. 2. Research: I look for similar issues in online forums and apply any relevant solutions. 3. Break it down: I break the problem into smaller parts and test each component separately to isolate the issue. 4. Stay calm and focused: I maintain a clear and steady approach, ensuring the team stays on track to find a solution.
