Speed to value . A principle which helped me lot during my consulting projects. Understanding the additional items and putting up the impact , product delivery and future prospects in mind are the important details the Product team has to keep the facts on the table. Negotiations and a win win strategy is what takes the final call in light of the above facts . The speed and value delivery are a core for a product to be useful for the end users . Creativity to achieve more needs to put in frames of timelines to streamline project and create product available for users . The example is u always have the best version of mobile in market but every year the u have another better than previous version launched .
