I have seen this and get to hear about it often, these are the few things I recommend: 1. Keep your ears to the ground- find what in the training is being appreciated and what's not. Reinforce the good, redefine the ones which is not connecting to the audience. 2. Can you quickly do a 2x2 matrix of value vs effort of your training. Focus on the one which drive the highest value. 3. Up your game- your audience has evolved (congratulations!) its time that you lift the level of training content, delivery or topic.

To retain top talent on a budget, I focus on non-monetary strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction. This includes offering flexible work arrangements, providing clear career development pathways, and recognizing achievements through meaningful appreciation programs. I invest in low-cost training and mentorship opportunities to support professional growth and ensure open communication to understand and address employees' needs. By fostering a positive work culture and aligning individual goals with organizational success, I aim to build loyalty and keep top performers motivated without overspending.
