While working on the fixes, I make sure to communicate promptly, keeping users informed about the situation through social media or email updates. It’s all about managing the crisis while maintaining trust and minimizing disruption.

In crisis time communication is most important, I have gone through such situation where my website was down and some urgent content update were needed and I first analysed the impact and prioritised ones which are having higher impact and that the same time you need to make sure whatever is going live must be correct and valuable to audience this way you can manage critical content updates and information during crisis time
