To prioritize user-centered integrity, start by mapping out all stakeholders and categorizing them based on their level of influence and interest in the project. Clearly communicate the importance of user experience and how it aligns with business goals. Use data and user feedback to demonstrate the impact of user-centered design on product success. Engage stakeholders in the design process by sharing user research, usability testing results, and user personas. This helps them understand the rationale behind design decisions and the value of prioritizing user needs. Regularly revisit the stakeholder map to ensure alignment and address any emerging concerns.

The success of any product is directly proportional to the acceptance ratio by the end user. Hence while designing any specific product and while deciding the key features, the end user should be kept as the highest priority. The team should first understand the key user groups and create a matrix of required/requested features group wise. Then the team should come up with the market/business analysis of benefits of the feature in terms of 1. Projected Revenue increases 2. Projected Expansion ... Having the right figures will help stakeholders to understand and to make effective decisions in prioritising the feature

I then adjust the ingredients and processes based on their input. I continue refining the recipe to ensure that each component complements the other and creates a balanced taste profile. Using analogies has been instrumental in illustrating my iterative design processes and the role of user and stakeholder feedback in creating a user-centered product. It has also proved beneficial in aligning a product to its users and the overall business goals.

We have two target groups to consider: stakeholders and actual users. If stakeholders are a subset of your users, their requirements will mostly align, reducing potential conflicts. However, if they are separate, understanding each group is crucial. Trust stakeholders who interact directly with customers, but prioritize feedback from your actual users. Collect comprehensive data, emotions, and insights from both groups to guide your decisions, aiming to meet customer satisfaction. Some ideas may seem promising initially but might not be practical until tested with your audience. Share your findings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned, fostering a unified direction for iterative improvements.
