Algo que sempre fui em relação à concorrência foi ser simples e objetivo. Muitas análises são boas para tomar tempo, porém ineficazes. Segue meu raciocínio e opine: ao invés de muitas análises, eu procuro sair da briga de preço e me movimentar para percepção de valor do cliente. Neste caso, analiso as características das ofertas vigentes e ADICIONO algum serviço onde o cliente perceba VALOR: prazo para troca, entrega imediata, atendimento personalizado, treinamento, suporte, enfim: sempre existe uma fator de ATENDIMENTO que não vai adicionar custo específico e que vai surpreender o cliente. Detalhe: monte um arsenal de diferenciais, e vá usando conforme seja imitado e precise se diferenciar novamente. E boas vendas!!!
