When the job is mission critical there is only one way to guarantee success. That is system redundancy. Run 2 sets of cables to mains. One set plugged in the other set on standby. For monitors you can have cables pre ran pairs for the stage crew near the monitors saving time if they need to be swapped. Mains are expensive to be redundant however you can wire them in such a way as to bypass individual speakers. These things are more expensive but in the long run you can give a level of security to your client that others don’t have. Make sure your mixer is large enough to be redundant as well use every other channel and match the settings with each pair (most new mixers have plenty of channels.) this makes hot swapping at the board a breeze.
