There are many risks on the power project. Risks are identified by experiences engineers who have done many power project. This is very important step on Risk management.

The number risk is the experience. Even if you have all the equipment and apparatus if you do not have the experience you are nothing. And your own percentage experience is your value of risk. I will site an example. System loss. Can system loss be solve by equipment and apparatus? NO! Because it requires an experience. In my country our system loss is from 29% to 32%. The law did not solve the system loss. System loss is about grounding resistancce. The relationship between the ground and the live wire. Don Bernardo Electric Power Corporation, our system loss is 4% only and the formula is for our consumption only. I will bring this formula to my grave.
