Creativity still has hope in the age of AI and machines. - A collaborative environment that allows you to speak to like-minded people and discuss ideas may sound pretty basic, but it works like charm. - Staying curious about what's happening with other creators can really help. Webinars, events, and reading the journey of their work can help creative juices - Though creativity cannot be bound in any framework, I use my own LIO framework, ‘learn, implement, and observe’. This has helped me retain the best learnings. - Remain agile and adaptive. Though new technologies are often seen as enemies of creativity, they can also enhance creativity in several ways. So embrace changes.

Como publiciário e profissional na área de marketing há 20 anos aprendi que a zona de conforto é uma morte lenta para a criatividade. É preciso criar uma "rotina criativa", ou seja, estar sempre em busca de novos estímulos como: ir em lugares que normalmente não vai, assistir filmes e publicidades de outras culturas, conhecer novos mercados, almoçar com pessoas de outros setores, consumir produtos que não compraria etc. Tudo isso irá aflorar sua perspectiva sobre o mundo e sobre diferentes públicos. Lembre-se, a genilidade da criatividade está na simplicidade da ideia que é "óbvia", mas ninguém pensou antes.

This works especially once you’ve internalised the brief and look at the world through perspectives and lenses which your target audience lives it by. —Collaboration - Thoughts, insights, visuals and copy built upon a seed of an idea by a team will help sharpen your idea while also allowing you glimpses into how others in the room think. Once you’ve been inspired, and are willing to collaborate with the brand and the customer as your obsessive focus… you’ve struck gold.
