Getting prepared and research about the topic is the way to go about it. Secondly what you do not know you do not know. On certain subjects I might have something to share,in others show interest in listening and asking questions if required. Honesty is the best way to learn and participate.

Even after over a decade in the clinical research industry, I still experience moments of imposter syndrome. When this happens, I remind myself that we are all human, and no one is inherently better than anyone else. By embracing collaboration and sharing ideas, we can learn so much from one another. Letting go of those 'worst-case scenario' thoughts allows me to focus on the positives. I also prioritize having authentic, meaningful conversations over rehearsed pitches—it creates genuine connections and fosters mutual respect. 🪴🤗

Remember, confidence isn’t about knowing everything; it’s about being willing to learn and contribute meaningfully to the conversation.
