Evaluations go both ways - the firm determining if you may be a good fit, and you determining if that firm is really where you want to spend the next step of your career. You will save yourself - and the company - a lot of time and effort if you pass on an opportunity that isn't right for you. Maybe the clients aren't a group you want to work with, or the firm's culture doesn't fit your values, or the processes just aren't a match for how you can prosper. Don't be afraid to say, "I'm not the best fit for this job or firm."

You were invited to an interview for a reason - someone saw value in your experiences, education, personality... in you. Have confidence in that, and bring your authentic self to the interview. Demonstrate who you are, your value, and show the interviewer(s) what you can bring to the table. At the same time, evaluate if this job is likely to be a good step for you. Just because you've been invited to an interview - or even offered the job - doesn't mean you have to accept. Accepting a job you will hate will show in your work, and likely harm the company.
