Sempre tem alguma coisa pronta, que você ou outra pessoa tinha feito. Pra mim, abrir os asquivos, lê-los, entende-los, mesmo que superficialmente, é um ótimo começo. Depois disso, as ideias de melhoria vem, novos padrôes para coisas que não funcionam, ou de que funcionam e não prescisa mudar. E daí em diante, é um passo de cada vez.

Escutar cada um é as vezes difícil, mas todo mundo tem algo pra dizer, ou de melhoria, ou de coisas que não concordam. E acho que nunca aprendi tanto com meus colegas de trabalho. E acho que essa ideia de estar no mesmo nível, é a única forma de entender como alguém trabalha, suas qualidades e defeitos. Na pequena oportunidade que tive de coordenar, bom, acho que fiz um bom trabalho nesse sentido, eu entendia os pontos fortes e os pontos fracos. Apesar disso, sinto que me faltou uma certa chamada de atenção de alguns em certos pontos. Eu também estava sobrecarregado, talvez numa próxima oportunidade, eu tente e aprenda de novo. E certamente, irei começar ouvindo e aprendendo, pra depois saber o que fazer.
