Detailed Gant , easy to adecuate to forms of contracts because contract formas require to follow each institute ways. Also the need of a WBS that coud be transformed into the client requierements.

There are various kinds of risks like 1 Risk based on external factors like politics/ war/ natural disaster / pandemic / Govt Policy change / change in market trend .
