Picking software project by project I believe is detrimental to the company in the long run. Without standardization between projects your team is always learning a new tool. It also leaves you without a champion on that tool. We look for software that is able to work across project types, and has a simple to use UI. I suggest finding software that is going to work for your company, not just for your project.

The more you research the more you realize just how many solutions are available and the wide variety that are being offered. I work with technology and technology partners all day long and I completely understand how overwhelming it can be. This software should also allow the manager of the tender to see downloads and tender returns in real time. 4. Procurement software that allows sub-contract and material purchases for ease of Cost to completes. 5. Customer Care - software that allows the management of all properties and defects and making sure all are closed out within the required timeframe.
