I would prioritize high-demand and exclusive properties, ensuring focus on those with the most potential. Utilizing CRM tools and AI-driven platforms, I would streamline tasks like updating listings, scheduling viewings, and responding to inquiries. Delegating administrative work to junior staff or virtual assistants and collaborating with colleagues would lighten the load. Marketing efforts would be optimized for priority listings, staying organized with a detailed calendar, clear client communication, and setting realistic timelines would help maintain efficiency after taking these efforts

Always work smarter not harder by streamlining what you can. This is also an excellent opportunity to select a new agent in your office that needs some on the job experience that you can hire to help out. Be a mentor when you can.

The key is setting up checklists, systems, and procedures based on the business you want/expect in advance. Playing catch-up is very difficult. Hire an assistant or outsource tasks that don't require a license or expertise. Always communicate with all parties, including buyer, seller, lender, title, etc. Clear communication will make sure you avoid potential issues and give you time to address them. Set proper expectations and exceed them.

I would primarily focus on 3 things. 1) Firstly, prioritize what you wish to focus and work on (especially, if you are a one-man army). a) Not everything could be done well in terms of providing best customer service & b) ensuring you meet all of your client demands at the same time. 2) Try and be disciplined in terms of making a clear to-do and follow up on things well (set up a calendar of tasks vs days and schedule them) else, if you can get a software to do some of this stuff to manage time well. 3) Consider delegating some tasks to the team and ensure quick tasks could be completed first & folks have clear responsibilities set with desired timelines.
