I also agree with the points mentioned. Short breaks can indeed help refresh energy and creativity. Additionally, breaking the project into smaller tasks can create a sense of progress and reduce stress. Furthermore, using techniques like brainstorming or mind mapping can be useful tools for encouraging creativity.

As i always said whenever i racing against a tight deadline, I focus on breaking the project into smaller tasks to maintain momentum. I also look for quick sources of inspiration, like design references or nature, and avoid overthinking the initial ideas. Staying hydrated and taking short breaks help me refresh and keep the creativity flowing under pressure.

Keep tic-tac toes... on track. Having cards or just a pencil along with you can be helpful... get out the stress scratching. In México we had the rascahuele in the 80's was such amazing to scratch and smell coconuts or peanuts or whatever... just kidding. But, it's really important to take a playful personality along in that way you can help yourself to avoid that mind pressure but at the sametime have the creative juices flowing. So, in this sense have a pencil to draw or to play 15 minutes to let out the ideas go out as well. Playing to tell words with a letter or other ludic activities can help. Besides being serious with the timing... streching exercises can help you also. And just find the beat!

Maintaining creativity under pressure requires strategic approaches. Start by dividing large tasks into smaller, manageable steps with clear, short-term deadlines to keep your focus sharp. Taking brief breaks can help reset your mind, allowing fresh perspectives to emerge. Use rapid brainstorming methods to capture ideas quickly without overanalyzing, fostering spontaneous and innovative thinking. These practices help you balance efficiency and originality, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

I try to remember that I have some very creative colleagues. One in particular calls me from time to time for some creative help, and he has bailed me out when I needed creative collaboration. Sometimes it’s necessary to pay for creative advice, but having trusted friends in the business makes it more fun and they always makes me better.
