An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) can speed up the process by automatically sorting through resumes and showing you the most suitable candidates. For interviews, having a standard set of questions for each role ensures you're fair and consistent with every candidate. This helps you compare them more easily. Video interviews can also save time. They make it simple to meet candidates online, especially for the first round, without the need to schedule in-person meetings right away.
