My first question would be.. what does that bottom line success look like? Is it revenue, profitability, customer growth, or another KPI? One campaign can't do it all.. unless it's some sort of umbrella campaign with executions aimed at various KPI's. And those tend to require signficant investment. Know what you're aiming for and then measure to see if and how you achieved it.
