It’s important to do diversity audits and to make sure when you are processing books you use the labels and stickers so your patrons can discover what they are looking for. Run reports and weed so new books with all perspectives are included in your collections for circulation. We also have a book that our patrons put books they’d like to have ordered and that has been great!
