Pour ma part, je suis pour la médiation, même si chacun se sent légitime dans sa posture. Dans un premier temps, j'ai toujours opté pour une médiation sans tierce personne, à savoir, l'incitation des deux actionnaires "à faire un pas l'un vers l'autre" ce qui est l'étymologie du mot médiation. Jusque là, cela a toujours fonctionné et permis à la structure de poursuivre son chemin.
