I completely agrees with this as listening carefully to the ideas and thoughts of others is the first step in promoting the culture of inclusivity. In my opinion, inclusivity should be one of the essential values of every organisation. When we listen to others and gives value to their ideas and thoughts, this will encourage them to express their thoughts and also they will feel inclusive in the team.

An example I have seen is of an organisation where a separate portal is there through which we can nominate our colleagues for a recognition reward. What I feel is rewards are not the only thing that will definitely work, but recognition is. When we provide recognition to the team members for their outstanding or good work, it will make them feel inclusive and it also motivates others to do the same in the future. Teams should have a reward and recognition meetings where the members and their work will be recognised in front of other team members.
