Maybe share some ideas about sustainable material alternatives, natural light and ventilation to spark curiosity in the client's minds. Another key feature we can talk about is the economical advantages of using renewable energy- especially in countries like India and the UAE where solar energy is available in abundance.

As a BIM specialist, I use Building Information Modeling to demonstrate the long-term benefits of renewable energy. BIM integrates systems like solar panels and geothermal solutions directly into the 3D model, allowing clients to visualize their impact on energy efficiency. Advanced BIM tools simulate energy performance, comparing renewables to traditional systems, showcasing cost savings, reduced carbon emissions, and ROI. BIM also enhances collaboration, optimizing systems early to avoid costly changes. Additionally, adopting renewables boosts property value and aligns with certifications like LEED, attracting eco-conscious buyers. With precise data and visuals, BIM proves renewable energy is a sustainable and profitable investment.

I think in Sunthalpy we have found the way to convince people being sustainable. The low enthalpy radiant systems do not only enhance cost saving of other renewable systems like PV panels and heat pumps, but transform any building in to a paradise of health and comfort. People just want to live better, and that’s what we provide obtaining a 90% reduction in primary energy.

I would do my homework and visually show the client next 10 years of cost savings in energy vs. the price of additional costs to consider renewable energies.

The key components that need to be adopted are space planning which is very important. This informs the use of materials, equipment and installations that are energy efficient. Knowledge of energy efficiency in buildings is critical in use and management of energy.
