My only caution would be not to get into over-guilt / have your confidence shaken, the target should be to learn weak areas and get better and stronger.

It’s very hard not up take feedback or criticism personally and lose confidence. The biggest lesson I have learned is that if you can accept the failures, do all you can to rectify and move on, you will show resilience and strength which are extremely valued qualities.

Failures are also an alarm for the system, analyze the root cause problems so that we could create the best condition and solution for further projects. Some people usually getting drawn to handle the project, just hold for a while to align the step, afterall you need to keep calm to handle the situation.

Feedbacks are realignment tools. They tell you precisely where you have not done well and also where you did excellently well. It provides a stepping stone for further progress.

This is the non glamorous part where the rubber hits the road. The whole point of analysis and planning for action was to come up with list of changes to make. And an action plan with assigned ownership. However haing a long list will als make things difficult to monitor. So use the PArettos law and ensure the top 20% importanet changes are identified and that is implemented and monitored.

Look at where slip ups occurred and why, how you made decisions, and if the team worked well together. The main goal is learning from these slip-ups to improve. Figure out how to fix mistakes and make sure they don't repeat them. This helps get better and avoid the same problems in the future.
