Use visual aids like floor maps for easy navigation and emphasize safety protocols. Provide quick reference guides for tasks and offer ongoing support through review sessions. I don't work as a manager in a leadership role, but I believe that the best way to make the team adapt to new standards is by questioning each person's autonomy, and the real existence of an autonomous sector, so as not to need exactly the options of choice in a temporary situation. What I want to say is that I believe that a team can be decentralized, without a leader, and leaders need to train their teams to act in this way, creating autonomy for each one, dividing the team and encouraging each to learn each other's functions, aiming to improve the function, the autonomy of the sector, the career of the subject who acquires new learning, and consequently better information security, given the second view of a function.
