In our sports challenge a fierce competition has unfolded between two camps: walkers vs runners! 🏃♂️🚶♀️This November the rivalry is heating up. Runners have taken the lead with 375 km under their belts, but walkers are close behind, already covering 311 km. The outcome is still wide open, and the balance could shift at any moment! At our online meetup, as part of Programmer's Day dedicated to pet projects, #instinctools_people shared their unique ideas and experiences. They talked about how they managed to turn their ideas into real projects and what skills they gained along the way. Each project is a living example of how a passion for programming can grow into something more🚀 We believe that pet projects are not just a hobby but also an opportunity for professional growth, which is why we actively encourage initiative and creativity within our team💡

October has arrived, but we don't stop moving just because it's getting colder outside. Sports help us stay warm like never before. #instinctools_people inspire with their example and continue to stay active: walking, running, cycling. Even with autumn weather outside, it's important not to lose motivation, and we encourage you to do the same 🙌🏻

We offered our colleagues to be creative and generate with AI pictures that would describe the most stereotypical moments in the work in IT🤓 #instinctools_people guessed what speciality is depicted in the picture, and we finally determined the connoisseur in our challenge, who gave the most correct ответов🙌🏻 Try and you find out what specialities are depicted on the pics😉

Programmer's Day is our celebration, which we mark just like New Year's or the company's Birthday🎉 This year #instinctools_people gathered at our offline locations to spend some quality time together. In addition to the informal meetup, the team members prepared short presentations about the projects their teams are currently working on and colleagues from other locations were able to join the presentations online. It was both informative and fun!😊
