What’s something that happened in the CDR industry this year you least expected?

Direct Air Capture is not science fiction. It's technology that can help address emissions and it's becoming a reality at scale. When our team met with Breakthrough Energy and Bill Gates earlier this year, we discussed how 1PointFive is bringing Direct Air Capture technology to life, the potential economic opportunities provided by large scale hubs like the one we're planning in South Texas, and approaches to accelerate innovation in the sector.
