As a pre-sales leader in a rapidly growing company, efficiency and process improvements are a constant thought. A challenge that we have been struggling with for the last three years has been RFI responses. Anywhere from 50 simple questions to multitab 500 question sheets. Having tried other solutions even for a year, they haven’t been helpful. This is where 1up came in and really showed value right out of the gate. George Avetisov and his team were quick to give us a trial, helped us understand its capabilities and even during the POC, my team saved hours if not days from filling out RFIs manually.
