    The new mottmac.com website has launched successfully and thanks to an awesome internal team and fantastic support from 26 DX, we've implemented Optimizely's excellent DXP in record time. With the dust settling on this latest project, what I have learned this time around? To trust my instincts. Too many times in my career I’ve let myself be over-ruled by others, doubting my own knowledge and experience, which after almost 30 years I should have more faith in. I’ll be finishing my contract here soon but hopefully I’ll get to put this promise to myself into practice in future: to hold my nerve and confidently explain why – when my ‘spidey senses’ are on red alert - I strongly advise a particular course of action or decision. On a less philosophical note, I’ve also learned that Optimizely’s CMS is great and their martech stack is an exceptionally strong offering, so I recommend evaluating this if you’re in the market for a new platform. Huge thanks to everyone who's made this project one of the most enjoyable and successful I've worked on.
