3techno is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our dynamic team. This role involves connecting with local Pakistani clients to promote our IT, ERP, and digital solutions, as well as contributing to other administrative and marketing tasks. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to local Pakistani clients, introducing 3techno’s services and solutions. Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Support the sales and marketing teams in achieving their objectives. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Perform administrative tasks and contribute to day-to-day office operations. Take part in training sessions to develop expertise in 3techno’s products and services. Provide input on improving client outreach strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu. A professional and confident telephone manner. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of IT, ERP, or digital services is a plus. Must be based in Pakistan and able to work on-site. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
