Inspiring tomorrow's innovators to build beyond.
About us
At 3DuxDesign, we realize STEM education isn't just about math and science—it's also about art, environment and humanity. We encourage children to imaginatively and practically think through solutions to real-world problems by building structures and environments using the 3DuxDesign award-winning architectural modeling system and project-based curriculum. 3DuxDesign unleashes the imagination and inspires the change-maker in every child. But it doesn't stop there. 3DuxUniversity, our online project-based learning hub, gives you the tools to make the most of our sets at home and in the classroom. Together with a diverse, passionate community of thought leaders committed to inspiring the next generation of innovators, we provide a wide range of open-ended design challenges ranging from after-school activities to standards-aligned interdisciplinary curricula, and you can download them right here. By connecting aspiring youth with these scholars and experts in the fields of architecture, engineering, sustainability, art and design, we believe children will have a more authentic learning experience and at the same time gain the wisdom and empathy that may be at risk in an increasingly plugged-in world. You can learn more about our 3DuxUniversity philosophy from our Director of Learning, pediatrician Marci Klein, M.D.

MEETING YOUTH MAKERS: Transform Students' Mindset by a Visit with Young Inventors. What if the professionals visiting your classroom were not decades into their careers, but rather students themselves? Introducing young inventors as role models can profoundly shift students' perceptions, demonstrating that impactful innovation isn't reserved for adults but rather, kids can create meaningful change now, just as they are. At 3DuxDesign, we are sparking that “aha!” moment for students, showing them that they don’t have to wait to adulthood to start innovating. Our new "Meet the Maker" series lets kids connect with peers like Ayana and Ethan—the young inventors who turned a big idea into real achievement while still in high school. During the live Zoom session, students hear about the real-life challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship, everything from prototyping and testing a product to manufacturing dilemmas, social media marketing to closing sales. Then students roll up their sleeves and dig into the innovation process with a host-led "Design Sprint," using the 3DuxDesign patented cardboard modeling system. The MEET THE MAKER WORKSHOP empowers students with a real example of youthful innovation that could redefine your students' views on their capabilities and futures. https://lnkd.in/e-8yZJ-C How might meeting a peer who is an inventor inspire your students to start their entrepreneurial journey now?
