Mark your calendar for the third annual Frost Fest, Jan. 25 at the Milwaukee County War Memorial Center! It's three hours of free family fun for veterans and their loved ones. The Southeastern Wisconsin Veteran Suicide Prevention Task Force (BeThereWis.com) is hosting this very worthy event. Bring the kids, and enjoy lots of activities and resources indoors on a (very likely) cold Saturday!

The bright yellow paint on these indoor crane system columns, created by the custom metal fabrication experts at 3Up Metal Works, isn't by accident. In an environment where forklifts and perhaps other vehicles are utilized, preventing collisions with these critical supports is a huge priority. The shiny hue of the columns - 12 in all - magnifies their visibility. Color is often about far more than aesthetics!
