Had a kick-off call with a new user back in September that really stuck with me. "We need leadership training for all shift supervisors by Q1," they told me. (Sound familiar?) Two discovery calls and several conversations later, we uncovered what was really happening: supervisors weren't lacking leadership skills. “But how do you know it worked?” Measuring program success is a huge conversation for folks in L&D. You go through all the effort to create and run a development program, and then someone has to ask you if it was successful. Completion and attendance rates are one thing, but how do they hold up to your C-suite?
