Since our founding in 2018, volunteers have played a critical role in all that A Haven does. They support kids and families directly in onsite groups, hold space for students in school groups, and help behind the scenes in any way we need. Say hello to our Family Services Team! . This team, overseen by Family Services Director Carrie Silver, turns A Haven into a true refuge by welcoming families well and creating group environments that allow for safety and connection. . Part of our groups team serves kids and families onsite and our school groups facilitator delivers grief support groups to students during the school day. 💙

Since our founding in 2018 we have been caring for kids and their caregivers in our family centered grief support groups. As we have grown, we have been able to expand the ways in which we support grieving families.
