This week, Sales Territory Managers (STMs) from AAA Cooper Transportation, Midwest Motor Express, Inc., and DHE Transportation participated in the Sales Orientation and Training Program in Dothan, Alabama. All participants were eager to gain perspective on the company and its history, anchored by a roundtable with our CEO, Charlie Prickett. The STMs’ time together had two primary goals: growing their knowledge and understanding of the company support and building relationships that make our team more cohesive. As expected, this was a highly interactive group that met with various departments, including Dedicated Services, Claims Prevention, Strategic Services, Pricing, Human Resources & Risk Management, Revenue Accounting, Safety, Maintenance, Class Weight & Inspection, Managed Services, and Organizational Development.
