Deal Announcement: Very pleased to finally announce the leasing of 408 Brook St. in Belmont, NC on behalf of our client Abacus Capital. The +/- 54,600 SF stand alone building was a great fit for Lynddahl Telecom's needs and is a great win for the city of Belmont and Gaston County. Lynddahl plans to invest more than $5.6M over the next three years within the property to establish its first North American plastic extrusion production site. Danish telecommunications company Lynddahl Telecom America announced plans to establish its North American hub in Gaston County, creating 54 new jobs. Over the next decade, historic investments will be made into upgrading broadband access throughout the U.S. LTA plans to use its new Gaston County production site to help deploy fiber optics across North America.
