Ceiling Cassette Units do NOT pump condensate a long distance! The pump only raises the initial water level above the unit! After the condensate pump pushes the water vertically above the cassette unit, make sure to pitch the condensate piping at at least 1/4th an inch per foot away from the unit the condensate line terminates!
