We're proud to share that the Phoenix Business Journal has ranked ACCO Engineered Systems as the 5th Largest Phoenix-Area Mechanical Contractor—for the third year in a row! A huge shoutout to #ACCOPhoenix for their hard work and dedication in paving the way for our continued success in Arizona. This recognition reflects our team’s commitment to excellence as we expand our presence and operations in the region.

ACCO is proud to be a partner in the construction of City College of San Francisco’s #STEAM Building, a cutting-edge facility for science, technology, engineering, arts, and math programs, set to open in Spring 2025. As the #DesignBuild #HVAC and #Plumbing combination contractor, #TeamACCOES was involved in the design and construction of the four-story facility, including a rooftop plant with water and air source heat pumps supporting an energy recovery system. The project also featured new rooftop AHUs and an extensive plumbing scope—including lab waste and process gasses systems, a distilled water system, and natural gas infrastructure. We’re honored to have collaborated with Rudolph and Sletten and SmithGroup on this exciting project. Check out the video below to learn more!

Exciting news from California State University, Fresno - the university recently celebrated the completion of its brand-new Central Utility Plant—a major step toward sustainability and efficiency. This state-of-the-art facility is set to deliver impressive benefits, including a 73% reduction in natural gas consumption and 7 million gallons of water saved annually creating a more environmentally friendly way to heat and cool the campus. This incredible transformation was made possible through collaboration: ACCO Engineered Systems completing the #mechanical scope, Smith MEP completing the #electrical scope, and Sunbelt Controls completing the #BuildingControls scope. Working in construction, we often get to see what happens when a group trades work together towards a common goal. This, in a unique way, is another special example of that.
