The Coalition for Green Capital and ICLEI are launching the Municipal Investment Fund (MIF) to help communities make public-private investments in clean air, clean water, and clean and affordable power. The DSP provides information regarding state cost-effectiveness screening practices for ratepayer-funded electric and natural gas energy efficiency programs for all 50 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico.

Renters across the nation are feeling the financial squeeze. For example, in King County, Washington – which is home to Seattle and 2.3 million people – half of renters struggled to pay utility bills in the 12 months leading up to fall 2024.
