🇵🇱 W dniu dzisiejszym miałem przyjemność poprowadzić spotkanie na Krakow University of Economics dla studentów na temat pracy w zespołach międzynarodowych. Podzieliłem się swoimi doświadczeniami z pracy w firmie Valians International oraz obecnymi wyzwaniami i sukcesami w pracy w zespole międzykulturowym w ACNIS International. Podczas wykładu omówiłem, jak różnorodność kulturowa wpływa na dynamikę zespołu, komunikację i podejmowanie decyzji. Przedstawiłem konkretne przykłady z mojej codziennej pracy, które ilustrują, jak ważne jest zrozumienie i szanowanie różnic kulturowych, aby osiągnąć wspólne cele. Studenci zadawali wiele ciekawych pytań dotyczących zarządzania zespołami międzynarodowymi, rozwiązywania konfliktów oraz budowania efektywnej współpracy oraz codziennych wyzwań w kontaktach z osobami z różnych krajów i kultur. Cieszę się, że mogłem podzielić się swoją wiedzą i doświadczeniem oraz mam nadzieję, że moje komentarze zachęciły przyszłych absolwentów do pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym. Dziękuję za zaproszenie Agnieszka Żak oraz za możliwość uczestnictwa w tym inspirującym wydarzeniu! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 🇬🇧 Today I had the pleasure of being a guest at the Krakow University of Economics to give a speech to students on working in international teams. I shared my experiences of working at Valians International and the current challenges and successes of working in a cross-cultural team at ACNIS International. During the speech, I discussed how cultural diversity affects team dynamics, communication and decision-making. I presented specific examples from my daily work that illustrate the importance of understanding and respecting cultural differences to achieve common goals. The students asked a lot of interesting questions about managing international teams, resolving conflicts and building effective cooperation and daily challenges in dealing with people from different countries and cultures. I am happy to have been able to share my knowledge and statement, and hope that my comments encouraged future graduates to work in an international environment.
