Someone hacked my Facebook account, and there is ZERO way for me get back on, because the HACKED FORM isn't working. Lack of customer service means my 15 year account is GONE? How is this good for anyone? I can't even get my photos, data or anything. It's GONE. This should be illegal. I'm going to be writing my Senator, and Chuck Schumer who I know personally since my time at Brooklyn College, (where my father was President) and have kept in touch. This is ridiculous. For 15 years of my entire life to disappear and there is no way to get it back? This shouldn't happen to anyone. It's possible with my connections I'll get it back, but at this point, what about those who don't? Facebook is my KEY way to keep in touch with people personally. That's now gone. As my disability (EDS) gets worse, those support groups are essential. I read about a woman who has cancer who used facebook for support, that had the same thing -- no number to call, no way to even use Facebook support because of the method of the hack. She is considering suicide according to the post I read. In fact, when you google this, there are tons of disabled Americans who have found the same issue-- they are hacked, their accounts stolen, and no way to get it back because of the methods Facebook uses for customer service. What about the ADA? Doesn't that apply here? Happy Holidays to Meta Kate McKenzie Guy Rosen Naomi Nix Joseph Menn Kate Conger Cade Metz
🚨 Spoiler Alert: The Perfect Ad Still Doesn’t Exist 🚨 If you’re still hunting for the ad that’s going to break the internet, spoiler: it’s as mythical as Bigfoot on TikTok. In a world where attention spans barely outlive the latest viral dance, advertising isn’t about selling a product anymore—it’s selling vibes, existential dreams, and lifestyle goals. The rules? There are no rules. Gen Z doesn’t want your polished, high-budget campaigns. They want real. Messy bedroom lighting? Awkward cuts? A random goat playing the ukulele? Perfect. If it screams “authentic,” you’ve won. Stop chasing perfection—it’s boring. Start chasing connection. Because in today’s chaos, it’s the ads that take risks, break rules, and embrace the unexpected that win hearts, swipes, and shares. Ready to rethink everything you know about marketing? Read the full breakdown on ADOTAT. Let’s talk about how your next ad can actually vibe with the times. #StayBold #StayCurious #ADOTAT https://lnkd.in/gCUkwmSi

🚨 Breaking News for Ad Nerds: Attention Metrics Are the New KPIs 🚨 Remember when impressions were the belle of the ball? Or when click-through rates felt like the gold standard? Well, toss those relics out with last season’s TikTok trend. The ad world is officially obsessed with attention metrics, and honestly, it’s about time. Why? Because in a post-cookie, privacy-tightened world, attention metrics are the shiny duct tape holding your flailing campaigns together. Forget spying on your audience's every digital move; now it's all about what they're doing in the moment. Sure, there’s some sci-fi-level stuff in the mix (heart rate monitors? Really?), but let’s not kid ourselves. The promise is juicy: scalable, privacy-friendly insights that finally make you feel like you know what’s working—and what’s not—before the quarterly panic sets in. Will it save your job? Maybe. Will it replace clickbait banners and sketchy inventory? Hopefully. Read the article and find out why 2024 might just be the year we stop chasing vanity metrics and start measuring something real. Because the future of advertising is paying attention—and so should you. Ok I've had enough. It's 2024 - soon to be 2025 - and THIS is still a thing? I feel bad for Chumba Casino and embarrassed to be in this business. Not only is it unacceptable to serve the same ad more than once a day (let alone in a show), but I'm getting it at least once (usually 3 times) in every.single.ad.break. Did you notice how two of the 15s add ran back to back in a 'single' 30s spot? HBO MAX TV - #fixit

Think you can run your business without the FTC breathing down your neck? Think again. Damon Wright, the legal Houdini of e-commerce law, joins me on The ADOTAT Show this week to spill all the tea on how brands end up in regulatory quicksand. Whether it’s influencers hawking products they’ve never used, subscription models that trap customers like hotel California, or AI tools offering Tahoe trucks for a buck, Damon’s seen it all—and he’s not pulling punches. We’re diving into the murky waters of “Made in the USA” claims (hint: it’s not where the product is made, but where every last widget comes from), why “results not guaranteed” is basically a confession, and the new FTC click-to-cancel rules that are making small businesses wish they’d stayed offline. Damon doesn’t just break down the rules—he’ll make you laugh while telling you how not to wreck your business with bad decisions. This is not a boring compliance lecture. It’s your legal wake-up call wrapped in wit, wisdom, and a few too many metaphors about Grandma. Don’t miss this episode—because knowing the rules might just save your turkey bacon (and your bank account). Watch now, before the FTC makes you their next cautionary tale. https://lnkd.in/gPhrATWn
