When a former landfill was chosen as the site for a new industrial and commercial office complex, remediation was key to protecting the surrounding environment. Hazardous compounds in shallow groundwater needed to be addressed—and 109 BayFilter 545 cartridges delivered the solution. Two advanced filtration systems were designed to handle the challenge, removing fine sediments, heavy metals, and phosphorus. With a combined storage capacity of over 28,500 pounds of sediment, these systems ensure cleaner stormwater for years to come. Read the full case study: https://lnkd.in/g3Ygtabi

We're excited to celebrate #AmericaRecyclesDay and #NationalStormwaterDay today. These two important initiatives emphasize how sustainable materials and smart infrastructure work hand-in-hand for a resilient, circular future. The rising level of plastic waste in landfills drives our commitment to #recycling. By reclaiming these materials, we create durable, sustainable pipe products designed to protect our communities, reinforcing infrastructure to withstand the rising challenges of storms and flooding. https://lnkd.in/2pa6z #Sustainability #OurReasonIsWater

As severe weather events continue to impact communities worldwide, the demand for innovative, sustainable infrastructure has never been greater. Our commitment to developing advanced water management solutions ensures that infrastructure is not only built to withstand today’s challenges, but also prepare for tomorrow’s. Our CEO, D. Scott Barbour sat down with Yahoo Finance to talk about the importance of building climate resiliency. #OurReasonIsWater
I had the opportunity to sit down with Julie Hyman and Josh Lipton from Yahoo Finance to discuss climate resiliency. With the increase in severe weather events, it’s clear that robust infrastructure is not just a necessity – it’s imperative for communities around the world. At Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., we see these challenges as both a call to action and a source of momentum. Severe weather events underscore the need for stormwater management solutions that can withstand and adapt to the changing climate. This evolving landscape acts as a tailwind, driving innovation and investment in infrastructure that protects and empowers communities. Regardless of the unpredictable weather circumstances that come our way, we will remain dedicated to protecting and managing water, the world’s most precious resource. #OurReasonIsWater You can watch my interview here: https://lnkd.in/gS6PpF3z
