Meet Andrea Ashman! Vice President | Chief Human Resources Officer at ARM. #MeetLeadership Andrea Ashman began her service at ARM in 2008. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Technology in Jamaica and a master's degree in human resources from Capella University. Ashman is also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She is the Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer for Adventist Risk Management, Inc. (ARM). Ashman provides leadership in the area of human resources for ARM’s 127 employees, based in three offices around the world. Ashman is specifically responsible for strategic human resource planning, talent acquisition, employee professional growth, best human resources practices, and continuing ARM’s focus on a positive work environment.
