The event kicked off with a warm welcome and invaluable insights from Russell Silvers, setting a motivational tone for the day. Students were treated to an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of Crypto.com Arena, led by Mycheal Breedlove, offering a unique glimpse into the heartbeat of live entertainment. A heartfelt thank you to our panelists—Brett Williams, Chavante Flakes, Amira Taylor, and Lindsay Dworman—for sharing your journeys and encouraging students to persevere toward their dreams. The lunch networking mixer, hosted by Chelsea Otto, Patrick Fontenette, Marlin Carnell, and Angel Correa, kept the energy buzzing with engaging conversations and connections. Special shoutouts to Ashley Beach, Sarah Wietchea, and Maria Lopez for their exceptional event support, and to Michael Ilves (Milves) and Keyana Holland for the thoughtful VIP merch surprise from Camp Flog Gnaw, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. This event wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing AEG Presents HR Team, Goldenvoice, and Global Touring colleagues—your dedication made this program truly impactful.

In New York, AEG employees volunteered their time at The Emma Lazarus Elementary School in Brooklyn, New York. A few weeks ago, AEG Presents and Goldenvoice hosted their second annual "Camp Flog Gnaw Community Day" at Dodger Stadium. Over 60 high school and college students joined our team for a site tour, panel discussion, speed mentoring, and more. In celebration of the festival's 10-year anniversary, the festival team hired 10 outstanding students who participated in Community Day to work with the festival's box office, accessibility team, R.Cup program, and Camp Guide team. This event reflects our commitment to empowering the next generation of talent and fostering opportunities for students to explore careers in the music and live entertainment industry. We’re excited to see these incredible students grow and make their mark in the field.
