Managed WiFi is driving major revenue gains in multifamily—REITs are all in.   Andrew Bowen delivered an exceptional article diving into the "5 Sub-themes from Q4-24 Multifamily REIT Earnings Calls." Here are the key points surrounding #ManagedWiFi:   With rent growth largely stagnant, REITs are doubling down on Bulk WiFi to boost Other Income, which now accounts for ~9% of total revenue.
