Dr. Hira’s legacy is one of transformative impact—through her groundbreaking research, tireless advocacy for financial literacy, and her dedication to shaping the future of financial counseling and education. Her influence extended far beyond academia, from advising U.S. Presidents on financial literacy to mentoring countless students and professionals. Dr. Hira’s work continues to inspire us all to make a difference in the lives of others. Our thoughts are with her family, friends, and all whose lives were enriched by her wisdom and kindness.
