We’re thrilled to share our 2024 Impact Report and express our deepest gratitude to each of you who make Agassiz Village possible. Your support helps us bridge the opportunity gap for children from low-income households who might not otherwise have access to enriching summer experiences. This year, 31% of our campers were registered as refugees, experiencing homelessness, or in foster care, and thanks to you, they experienced the life-changing magic of Agassiz Village. Research shows that children with 1-4 out-of-school opportunities like summer programs are 50% more likely to graduate from college and can earn $10,000 more annually by age 26. Read more about the impact you’re helping create in our 2024 Impact Report: https://lnkd.in/efs25dKx Or catch up in our Fall Newsletter: https://lnkd.in/enhkKW3

Getting ready to serve 500 youth from under-resourced communities is a monumental undertaking. We can’t do it alone and this year we are so grateful for the outpouring of support from our corporate partners. Collectively these companies contributed over 90 volunteer hours and donated thousands of dollars of in-kind contributions. Camp starts on Sunday! We are ready, thanks to Deloitte, PwC, Thompson Lake Environmental Association, Walmart of Auburn, New Balance, L.L.Bean, CVS Pharmacy of Wayland, Machias Savings Bank, AAA of Northern New England, and REBUILDING TOGETHER LEWISTON-AUBURN. Thank you all for your amazing support. Does your company want to get involved? Email msmith@agassizvillage.org for opportunities in Maine and MA.
